How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favourite design, select the product type, size, and colour (if applicable), then click “Add to Cart” and follow the checkout instructions.

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re received, so changes aren't always possible. Please contact us immediately at hello@inkfinity.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for items that are damaged or incorrect. Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customisation errors.
